The jerky
How hot is it, really?
Original Heat opens sweet and finishes hot. It builds, it doesn't hit you at hello. Reaper Heat is the same base with Carolina Reaper powder and chili flakes. That one's a dare.
What's the difference between Original and Reaper?
Same blend underneath. Reaper adds Carolina Reaper powder and chili flakes. Original is for the bold. Reaper is for the brave.
What's in it?
The full ingredient list is on every product page and printed on every bag. Read it before you order if you've got an allergy or a sensitivity.
Do I need to refrigerate it?
Not until you open it. Store it somewhere cool and dry, and once the bag's open, the fridge keeps it at its best.
Can I take it with me?
That's what it's built for. Unopened, it doesn't need a fridge. Throw it in a bag and go.
Ordering and shipping
When will my order ship?
Within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday through Friday.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $100. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
All 50 states and DC, street addresses and PO boxes both. Not APO or FPO, and not outside the U.S.
Who do you ship with?
USPS. You pick Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express at checkout, and the live rate for each is calculated from your address before you pay.
Does it need a cold pack?
No. It's shelf stable, so it travels fine on its own.

Batches are limited and they go. Get on the email list and you'll know the moment it's back.
Bundles and deals
How do the bundles work?
The more bags you take, the less each one costs. Four bundles, two sizes each. Two's a Tease is where it starts.
Do you have a discount code?
Sign up for the email list and you'll get 69% off your first single bag. One use per customer, single bags only, since bundles are already discounted.
Can I return it?
Food is handled differently from merch. See the Refund Policy.

How do I enter?
Free entry on the giveaway page. U.S. only, 18+, no purchase necessary. One entry per person.
Do I have to enter every month?
No. Enter once and you stay entered for every drawing left in the run.
How long does it run?
Twelve drawings, May 2026 through May 2027. The twelfth is the finale, with five winners instead of three and prizes that scale with how far the business gets. Every date is listed on the giveaway page.
How are winners picked?
Three winners are drawn at random on the first Monday of every month, announced live on camera. If that Monday is a federal holiday, the drawing moves to a later date posted on the giveaway page in advance. Full details are in the Official Rules.
What if I miss the live call?
You still win. Answering live just adds a bonus bag. If you miss it, we notify you by email and text and you have seven days to claim. Once you've claimed, your prize ships within seven days.

Where is it made?
Sacramento, California. CDFA approved, veteran-owned, made by hand.
Can I pick it up instead of shipping it?
Yes. Order and pay online, choose pickup at checkout, then show your confirmation at the counter and we'll hand it over. Pickup is at Bilao, our restaurant at 7485 Rush River Dr, Unit 700 in Sacramento, open 11am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 3pm on weekends. It's ready within a couple of minutes.
