Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use stripteasejerky.com, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Strip Tease Jerky is operated by Baboy Boys LLC, 7485 Rush River Dr, Unit 700, Sacramento, CA 95831.

What we collect

When you order. Your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.

When you contact us. Your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message.

When you join the email list. Your email address, and your first name if you give one.

When you enter the giveaway. Your name, email address, and phone number. We do not collect a shipping address at entry. We collect one from winners only, at the time a prize is claimed.

Automatically. Standard technical information your browser sends, including IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit, collected by the platform that hosts this site so it can serve and secure the pages.

What we do with it

• Take, process, and ship your order, and tell you where it is
• Answer your messages
• Send marketing email or text messages, if and only if you asked for them
• Run the monthly giveaway, contact winners, and send prizes
• Keep records we are required to keep, and prevent fraud and abuse

Giveaway entries are kept separate

This one is worth stating plainly. Consent to be contacted about a prize is not consent to receive marketing. Giving us a phone number to enter the giveaway does not put you on a marketing list, and we do not add giveaway entrants to one. If you want marketing from us, you opt into it separately, and you can leave at any time.

Marketing messages, and how to stop them

If you opted into marketing email, every message has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. If you opted into marketing text messages, reply STOP to end them and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Ending marketing messages does not affect transactional messages about an order you placed, or contact about a prize you won.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that make the business run, and only with what they need:

• Our website, store, email, and text platform, which hosts this site and stores customer records
• Stripe, our payment processor, which handles payment and fraud screening
• Our print-on-demand merchandise partner, which produces and ships merch orders
• Shipping carriers, which deliver orders and prizes

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, including keeping your cart and your session. Your browser can block or delete cookies, though parts of the site may stop working if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and support purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Giveaway entries are kept for the duration of the promotion and afterward only as needed to document who won what.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from, to delete it, or to correct it. You can also ask us to confirm whether we sell or share it, and the answer is that we do not. Exercising these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.

To make a request, email [email protected] with what you are asking for. We may need to verify who you are before we act, which usually means confirming details from an order or an entry. We respond within the time the law allows.

Children

This site is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and giveaway entry requires you to be at least 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use the protections our platform and payment processor provide, including encrypted connections and restricted access to customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version posted here is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
