1. The promotion and the Sponsor
This promotion is the Merch n Jerk Monthly Giveaway ("the Giveaway").
Sponsor: Baboy Boys LLC dba Strip Tease Jerky, 7485 Rush River Dr, Unit 700, Sacramento, CA 95831.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to enter, and how long you stay entered
Complete the free entry form at stripteasejerky.com/giveaway. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
You enter once and remain entered for every drawing that follows. There is no need to re-enter each month.
Limit one entry per person for the duration of the promotion. Duplicate entries do not increase your chances of winning and may be removed.
4. Drawings
The Giveaway consists of twelve (12) drawings, held on the dates published in the schedule at stripteasejerky.com/giveaway and streamed live. Drawings are ordinarily held on the first Monday of the month.
The Sponsor may adjust the published schedule, including moving a drawing to a later date or omitting a calendar month, by posting the revised schedule in advance of the date affected. The total number of drawings remains twelve, and the twelfth is the final drawing.
As published, the twelve drawings run from May 2026 through May 2027. There is no September 2026 drawing.
Entries received within five (5) minutes of the start of a drawing are not included in that drawing. They are entered into the following month's drawing instead. Entrants remain enrolled either way and nothing further is required of them.
5. Winner selection and odds
Three winners are selected at random from the entry list at each drawing. Because entrants remain enrolled, the entry list grows over time, and your odds of winning any given drawing depend on the number of eligible entrants on the list at that time.

Total approximate retail value per monthly drawing: $194.28.
A winner who answers the live call receives a bonus Fun Size 2 oz bag of Original Heat, adding $12.69 to that prize's value. Maximum value of a first prize with the bonus bag: $90.14.
Prizes are awarded as-is, are not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Prizes are shipped within seven (7) days of the Sponsor receiving the winner's confirmed claim and a valid U.S. shipping address.
7. The twelfth and final drawing
The twelfth drawing of the promotion, on May 3, 2027, is the final drawing and is conducted differently from the eleven before it. Five (5) winners are selected at random rather than three, and the prizes awarded depend on a cumulative order benchmark reached by the Sponsor, described below.

Benchmarks
The Sponsor will publish its progress toward these benchmarks during the promotion. The benchmark reached is measured by the total number of paid orders placed at stripteasejerky.com from the start of the promotion through April 30, 2027, the last day before the final drawing month. Orders placed on the Sponsor's separate merchandise storefront are not counted. The Sponsor's own records are final for this purpose.
Only the highest benchmark reached applies. Benchmark prizes are added to the base prizes above, and where a higher benchmark names a different amount for the same place, that amount replaces the lower one rather than stacking with it.

A year of jerky
The year of jerky awarded with the tier three first prize consists of four Average Size 3.5 oz bags of Original Heat per month for twelve consecutive months, shipped on the first Monday of each month. If that Monday falls on a holiday or the Sponsor is otherwise closed, the shipment goes out the next business day. The award covers jerky only and does not include merchandise. Approximate retail value: $993.12.
Gift cards
Strip Tease Jerky gift cards are governed by the Sponsor's Gift Card Terms and are redeemable at stripteasejerky.com only. Visa gift cards are issued by a third party and are subject to the terms of their issuer. Visa is not a sponsor of and is not associated with this promotion.
Substitution for repeat winners
An entrant may win up to three prizes in a calendar year under Section 10. A winner whose prize includes an STJ Classic Tee, and who has already received a tee from a previous win in this promotion, receives one additional Average Size 3.5 oz bag of Original Heat in place of the tee. No other substitution is offered and the substitution is not optional.
8. Notification and the live call
The Sponsor will attempt to contact each winner by telephone one time during the live drawing, using the phone number provided at entry.
Answering the live call is not required to win. A winner who answers the live call receives a bonus Fun Size 2 oz bag of Original Heat added to their prize.
If a winner does not answer the live call, the Sponsor will notify them by email and text message at the contact information provided at entry. That winner then has seven (7) days from the date of that notification to respond and claim the prize.
9. Forfeiture and rollover
A prize not claimed within seven days of notification is forfeited, and that entrant is permanently removed from the entry list and is not eligible to enter again.
A forfeited prize is not re-awarded in the same month. Instead, it is added to the following month's drawing, which will award four prizes: the rolled-over prize first, then that month's first, second, and third prizes.
A rolled-over prize that goes unclaimed a second time is retired and does not roll again.
10. Win limit
No individual may win more than three (3) prizes in a calendar year. An entrant who has won three prizes in a calendar year is removed from the entry list for the remainder of that year and is re-enrolled on January 1.
11. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on any prize received.
Where the total approximate retail value of prizes awarded to a single winner in a calendar year reaches the applicable federal reporting threshold, the Sponsor may require a completed Form W-9 before the prize is released and may issue a Form 1099-MISC. A winner who does not provide the required information within the claim period forfeits the prize under Section 9.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Drawings are streamed live and winners may appear or be named on that stream.
13. Privacy and contact consent
Information collected at entry is used to administer this promotion and is handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Shipping addresses are collected from winners only, at the time a prize is claimed, and are not collected from entrants generally.
Consent to be contacted about a prize is separate from consent to receive marketing messages. Providing a phone number to enter this promotion does not enroll you in marketing calls or texts.
14. General conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received due to technical failure.
The Sponsor will conduct the twelve drawings through the final drawing on May 3, 2027. After that date, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the promotion at any time, with notice posted on this page.
15. Not sponsored by any platform
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or any other platform.

17. Disputes
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of this promotion will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
