1. Agreement
By using stripteasejerky.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. We ship within the United States only.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We do our best to describe and picture our products accurately, but colors and packaging may vary from what appears on your screen.
Our jerky is made to order in small batches. Availability changes, and a product may sell out.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund it.
Pricing or product errors happen. If we discover an error affecting your order, we may cancel it and refund you, even after you've received a confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout by our payment provider. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you enter.
6. Shipping and risk of loss
See our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of your order.
7. Returns
See our Refund Policy. All sales are final.
8. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes may be limited by product, quantity, time, or use, and may be modified or ended at any time. Codes have no cash value and can't be combined unless we say so.
9. Giveaways
Our monthly giveaway is governed by its own Official Rules, which control in any conflict with these terms.
10. Merch and third-party fulfillment
Some merchandise is produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Their production and shipping timelines may differ from our jerky orders.
11. Intellectual property
The Strip Tease Jerky name, logos, marks, product names, packaging, photography, and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used without written permission.
12. Your content
If you submit a review, comment, photo, or video directly to us, you give us permission to use it in our marketing with credit where practical, and you confirm it's yours to give. If you post about us publicly on your own account, we'll ask you before using it.
13. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, scrape it, or impersonate anyone.
14. Allergens and consumption
Ingredient and allergen information is printed on every package and listed on every product page. If you have a food allergy or a medical condition, read the label before eating. Our Reaper Heat product carries an additional caution statement on the package. Follow it.
15. Disclaimers and assumption of risk
As-is warranty disclaimer
All products are sold strictly on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Allergen and product labeling
Ingredient and allergen details are printed on every product package. Customers with food allergies, dietary sensitivities, or related medical conditions must read the physical product label before consumption. The Company assumes no liability for adverse physical or allergic reactions resulting from a customer's failure to review the packaging.
Reaper Heat and extreme spice warning
Our Reaper Heat products contain exceptionally high capsaicin and spice levels and carry a caution statement on the physical packaging. By purchasing, handling, or consuming these products, you acknowledge you are aware of their extreme heat level and agree to follow all on-package instructions, including keeping the product away from children, pets, and sensitive areas, and washing hands thoroughly after handling. Consumption is entirely at your own risk.
16. Limitation of liability
Exclusion of consequential damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its owners, affiliates, or suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including without limitation lost profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cap on total liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Company for any and all claims arising out of or relating to your use of this site, or the purchase, handling, or consumption of any product, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, is limited to the actual amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the liability.
Legal exceptions and carve-outs
Certain jurisdictions, including the State of California, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for personal injury or certain types of damages. The limitations and exclusions in this section apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not apply to liability resulting from the Company's gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or where prohibited by consumer protection statutes.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or resulting from: your misuse of the site or products; your violation of these Terms; your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity; or any hazardous or negligent handling, storage, or distribution of food products by you after delivery.
The Company reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate fully in asserting any available defenses.
18. Governing law and venue
These Terms, your use of this site, and any purchase, handling, or consumption of our products are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
You agree that any legal action, lawsuit, or judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. You irrevocably submit and consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
19. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here is the one that applies.
